About Us
A few words from our founder
After spending 15 years on the client side at pharmaceutical and biotech companies, I gained valuable insights into the medical communications industry, but
I also became frustrated.
Too often, the agencies I worked with were more focused on their own revenue goals than on truly understanding and supporting their clients’ objectives. This left a lasting impression on me, and it became a key motivation to start R&R in 2001.

We made it our mission to prioritize our clients’ success. We believe that by helping our clients achieve their goals, we create a partnership that is mutually beneficial.

This client-first approach has been a cornerstone of our business from day one.
While many of our competitors are owned by larger entities focused on quarterly earnings, we’ve remained privately held with the same ownership since our founding over two decades ago.

This structure allows us to take a longer, more thoughtful approach with each of our clients—something we believe sets us apart.

The fact that we’re still doing business with our first two clients proves the strength of our approach.
Independently owned and operated, our team consists of former pharmaceutical executives, physicians, nurses, scientists, and top talent from global agencies, all skilled in making high science approachable to professionals of every discipline.

We’re proud of our history and the contribution our unique approach to medical communications has made to our clients’ advances.
